Payment Policy - ReMind BHS

Beginning Friday, August 1st, 2025, the following changes to our no-show/late cancellation policy will go into effect:
- Notice of appointment cancellation must be provided to this office 24 hours or greater from the start of your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide such notice will result in a fee for cancellation being added to your account.
- Our current fee for no-show or late cancellation is $37.50. This fee will increase as follows: $50 for appointments scheduled up to 30 minutes, and $75 for appointments scheduled for 31-60 minutes.

We are also updating our self pay rate fee schedule to include more specific fees for service that better meet the needs of our clients. Effective Friday, August 1st, 2025 the following rates will go into effect:
- Low complexity medication management- $110
- Moderate complexity medication management- $150
- High complexity medication management/Initial Medication Management visit- $190
For clients receiving psychotherapy in conjunction with a medication management visit, add on therapy self pay rates are as follows:
- 16-37 minutes, $50
- 38-52 minutes, $75
- 53-60 minutes, $100
- Each additional 15 minutes, $50

As a reminder, account balances that are carried >30 days are assessed a fee of $30 per 30 days until the full balance is satisfied. Additionally, patient appointments will be cancelled, per our office policy, for clients carrying a balance 24 hours prior to their scheduled session, unless the client has a payment arrangement in place with this office.
